Why get involved?
If you enjoy live music and are curious about working behind the scenes, this is a chance to see the audience side of a show up close. Help create a welcoming atmosphere and build confidence talking to people, checking tickets, and working alongside an experienced Real Sounds rep.
No previous event experience is needed: you will have an introduction to the tasks and rep support throughout the event.
What you would do
- Welcome attendees.
- Help check tickets and guestlists.
- Refer questions or admission issues to the rep.
Volunteers arrive at the concert 30 minutes before doors. You will not be expected to handle security or difficult situations alone.
How it works
This is unpaid and optional. You can express interest in individual events and are free to decline or stop. There is no minimum commitment or promise of paid employment. Volunteering is not required to apply for a paid role.
